You may do the following at the Fort Myers Service Center without an appointment: 
•    Drop off any documentation 
•    Provide ID for authentication 
•    Use a computer to apply for government assistance 
•    Receive Department Forms

All other services at the Fort Myers Service Center are by appointment only. Click here to make an appointment. 

NOTE: Immokalee office closed on Friday June 28, 2024. Immokalee customers will now use the Fort Myers Service Center.
