Child Abuse and Neglect Indicators Microlearning
This learning experience will guide you through the definitions and commonly seen signs of child abuse and neglect. Before the end of the material, you will check your understanding by analyzing four scenarios for indicators of abuse or neglect. This microlearning is recommended for staff who are not familiar with or need a refresher on common indicators of child abuse and neglect.

Approximate time to complete the course: 30 minutes

Florida Professionally Mandated Reporter Course
This training aims to equip attendees with the necessary knowledge and skills to fulfill their role as professionally mandated reporters and actively contribute to preventing child abuse and neglect. By the end of the session, attendees will have a comprehensive understanding of their legal obligations, the reporting process, critical thinking frameworks, and the importance of their role in protecting children's well-being.

The course is self-paced but may take up to 2 hours to complete.

ACCESS Civil Rights Training
This course is mandatory for all SNAP-Ed, SNAP Outreach staff, and all ACCESS Community Partners who receive funding from the Department. At the end of the course, staff may print and sign their certificate of completion

HIPAA Information and Action Training
This course provides a brief overview of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This training is required yearly.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Video
PPE is equipment that protects workers against health and safety hazards. This module is intended to inform DCF employees on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) procedures in accordance with established CDC guidelines.

This course has been developed to inform all non-DCF employees of their responsibilities under the Department's Zero-Tolerance Sexual Harassment Policy.
