General subject matter to be considered: 
The Board of Directors will discuss the state of the organization and its finances to ensure that the organization is furthering its mission and the Department of Children & Families’ priorities. The Board will elect officers, review and approve the minutes from the last meeting, and consider updates to the budget and policies on grant approvals.

A meeting packet will be provided and posted before the meeting.
