The Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health will establish a policy workgroup addressing meaningful consumer input to further recovery-oriented systems of care (ROSC) implementation and sustainability. The purpose of this group is to review and refine the current Community Consumer Satisfaction Survey to align with recovery-oriented concepts and recommend a process for using the information to inform and improve service delivery.

The workgroup will convene January 2018 and end in March of 2018. The group will complete their work through conference calls and web conferencing. The conference call number is 1-888-670-3525 and the passcode is 9592874884
